Avalon Peaks has coded entry gates for our residents. Please refrain from giving the code to friends or family members, who are not residents named on your lease. Thank you for your cooperation.
Maintenance Request
Please submit any maintenance request either via email (avalonpeaks@druckerandfalk.com) a note in our drop box, or leave a message on our answering service. We'll promptly generate a work order for our team members to remedy your problem. Make sure you let us know if you require an appointment or if it is okay to enter if you are not home. Thanks!
Watch Your Step
For your safety and the safety of others, Avalon Peaks reminds residents never to place items in the stairwells or hallways of your building. Storing things in these areas can cause dangerous falls and may block emergency exits. Please be considerate of your neighbors and store personal belongings inside your apartment.
